Vacancy HR & Talent Manager

Purpose of the position

Developing and guiding talent and personal development processes from the HR department within the Ambassade Group. The HR & Talent Manager supports department managers in developing their management skills and contributes to a positive corporate culture within the Ambassade Group companies. A key component is further developing an efficient and effective working method for recruitment, progression, and outflow. The aim is to ensure optimal employee satisfaction and engagement.

Daily activities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Supporting managers and employees with HR-related questions and problems.
• Implementing and optimizing recruitment and selection processes.
• Managing challenging HR cases, including absenteeism and handling, and the associated accurate documentation.
• Coordinating progress meetings and personal/talent development programs.

Projects

• Setting up and implementing training, wellbeing and development programmes.
• Monitoring employee satisfaction and following up on the results that arise from this.
• Facilitating training and supporting long-term training plans.

Teamwork and collaboration

• Leading and guiding the HR department with a focus on team development, information/knowledge sharing, and process monitoring.
• Supporting other (operational) departments in the field of HR.
• Collaborate with other department managers to identify and address development needs.
• Working with the management team to implement strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, experience in the hotel sector is a must.
• Experience with employee/talent development/coaching is a plus.
• Bachelor's of Master's degree in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of Hotel Management.

Working conditions

• Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 32-40 hours per week.
• Working in the hospitality sector with a dynamic, international and vibrant atmosphere.
• Participation in professional development programs and training.

Salary: starting from €3,345 per month (based on 32 hours)
