What will you be doing?

As Team Leader Filling & Packaging, you will be at the heart of the operation. You will manage your team of 20 employees, coach staff, and ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

You are responsible for the entire production process during your shift. You work closely with Processing, Logistics, the Planning Department, and Technical Services to deliver top performance every day.

Your impact:

• You are ultimately responsible for the production process within filling & packaging during your shift.
• You achieve the planned volumes within the standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• You ensure that work is carried out in accordance with Farm Dairy DNA, WCM principles, and work instructions.
• You organize and lead whiteboard meetings.
• You plan staffing levels smartly and efficiently.
• You coach, motivate, and develop employees and temporary workers.
• You conduct evaluation, development, and absenteeism interviews.
• You are actively building a strong, independent, and future-oriented team.

What are you bringing?

• Minimum higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking (through education and/or experience).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a continuous production environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, IFS, and GMP.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
