At one of the largest logistics hubs in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Training Coordinator, for our Lelystad site who ensures that operational teams are well-trained, confident and ready to perform at their best.

What your week looks likeas a Training Coordinator

• Train the coordinator team so they can effectively train operatives
• Support the Training Leader in managing training processes and ensuring that schedules are met
• Monitor and steer workload distribution and performance to ensure targets are achieved throughout the day
• Implement alternative actions when targets or training needs require adjustments
• Assess daily workload and coordinate optimal work distribution at the start of each shift
• Maintain frequent contact with coordinators and team leaders across departments to align activities
• Allocate resources based on volume, productivity and operational needs
• Understand and connect various goods flows within the operation
• Apply your insight into logistics processes to coordinate and support operational activities
• Use analytical thinking to support problem solving and contribute to improvement proposals

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience with training activities within a logistics operation
• Insight into logistics processes and experience coordinating operational tasks
• Strong analytical problem-solving ability
• The ability to develop improvement proposals and support continuous improvement
• MBO work and thinking level and/or demonstrable logistics experience
