• Register incoming orders from customers.
• Book transport and closely monitor deliveries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Calculate transport prices based on market data.

Profile

• Vocational education (MBO+) level.
• Previous experience in logistics, especially in transport.
• Proficiency in standard computer programs like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with business software (procurement, inventory, sales).
• Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• A sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to improve, adapt, and refine working methods and processes.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Polish or German is a plus.
• Flexibility to handle diverse tasks.
• Familiarity with software implementation and the ability to create your own chain.
