What will you do?

As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face of our customers in the duty-free stores at Schiphol. You will be responsible for inspiring and advising customers about products while creating a unique shopping experience. You make customers feel welcome, assist them in making the best choices, and actively promote the products. Think of brands like Penhaligon's, Aqua , Bvlgari, Dior, Paco Rabanne, La Prairie, Clarins, and Givenchy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advising customers on beauty products and creating a personalized experience
• Promoting and selling products
• Increasing brand awareness through enthusiastic customer interactions
• Managing product displays and ensuring an appealing presentation in the store
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
• Participating in campaigns and events to boost sales and surprise customers with new offers and products

Who are we looking for?

• You have a passion for beauty products, preferably with experience in the beauty or retail sector
• You have sales experience
• You possess excellent communication skills and can inspire customers
• You have a professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
• You are sociable and have an energetic personality
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English
• You are available to work flexibly, including weekends
• You live in the Amsterdam region or are willing to travel to Schiphol
• You have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 years, as required to obtain a Schiphol pass
