Are you digitally strong and commercially minded? Then become our new online sales specialist! We are a wholesaler specializing in damaged vehicles, with a constantly changing stock of approximately 1,000 vehicles. From our location at the Drachten-Azeven business park, we buy and sell vehicles at home and abroad.

Jullie werken nauw samen en verdelen de taken slim over de dag. Tijdens de dagstart bespreekt Hoofd Verkoop met het team wie zich waarop richt. Zo weet iedereen precies wat de prioriteiten zijn en waar jij die dag vooral de focus op hebt, of dat nu WhatsAppverkeer, e-mail of het aannemen van de telefoon is.

Via onze digitale kanalen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die contact zoeken. Je helpt ze verder met hun vragen over onze voertuigen, verwijst ze naar de juiste informatie en zodra er serieuze interesse is, geef je de lead door aan een van je verkoopcollega's.

Omdat veel van onze klanten uit het buitenland komen, krijg je ook regelmatig berichten in het Engels, Duits of andere talen. Geen zorgen: we verwachten niet dat je deze talen vloeiend spreekt, met een beetje digitale hulp kom je een heel eind.

Wat we vooral belangrijk vinden, is dat jij het overzicht bewaart. Aan het einde van de dag zijn WhatsApp en e-mail bijgewerkt en hebben alle klanten een reactie gekregen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat niemand wordt vergeten en dat maakt jullie een onmisbare schakel in ons verkoopteam!

Your duties

• Answering customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
• Het aannemen van de telefoon.
• Provide information on damage visibility, registration/documentation, transportation and export options, among others
• Support the sales team with administration and communications
• Contributing ideas on how to further improve our digital customer communications

What do we ask of you?

• Klantgerichte en proactieve houding
• Good command of the Dutch language in both speaking and writing (English and/or German is a plus)
• Affinity for cars and/or engineering
• Experience with digital communication channels (such as WhatsApp and email)
• Be able to work independently, accurately and in a structured manner
