The Position

In the sealing department, you are the final link in the production process, where film is converted into packaging solutions. You work in a team of experienced employees, but you are responsible for your own machine and the end product. Based on the customer's specifications, you ensure that the products are delivered in the correct quantity and quality. This starts with setting up the machine, monitoring the output and quality during the process, and packaging in the requested quantity. We value order and cleanliness, and we prioritize safe working practices.

You have a high degree of independence, but you can always rely on your team leader for questions.

The Requirements

• You have completed an education at least at MBO level 2;
• Some experience in a production environment is a plus;
• You are used to rolling up your sleeves, practically oriented, and accustomed to working in a team;
• This position is in a 2-shift system, but depending on the workload, we may assign you to other shifts within the production departments;
• You reside in the region

These bags are usually made from LDPE and polypropylene materials such as CPP and OPP, but MDPE is also used.
