As a beFesti Video Editor, you are not just cutting clips, you are shaping how millions of dance music fans experience our content. You work closely with our social team to turn ideas into high performing, high quality videos.

1. Content creation

• Edit our podcast content, from short Instagram and TikTok clips to full length episodes.
• Create short form videos that reach millions of dance music fans.
• Translate music and festivals into edits that make people stop scrolling.
• Help define and evolve the beFesti editing style.

2. Beyond the screen

• Experience festivals and events, including backstage access with DJs.
• Collaborate closely with a young, creative and ambitious team.

3. Room to grow

• Become a goated video editor by working on content with real reach and impact.
• Take ownership over edits and creative projects.
• Grow into a key creative role within beFesti with long term perspective.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a young, insanely smart, creative person who is obsessed with dance music. A problem solver who works independently and moves fast. Low ego, high output and an extreme attention to detail. We care more about your raw potential than your current skill set. You're based in the Netherlands.
