We're looking for a (Senior) Recruiter to join our incredible Talent Acquisition team and help scale diverse teams across 10 countries. You will recruit for a wide range of roles - from real estate, architecture and construction to marketing, public affairs, and many more - gaining exposure to many industries and learning opportunities. Fastned is growing fast, and ensuring we continue to hire the best talent is key to our mission: Creating freedom for electric drivers. No experience in electric mobility? No worries! You'll get a hands-on introduction through our inspiring onboarding workshops and plenty of guidance from your fellow team members. This role can be based in Amsterdam, Zurich, or Madrid.

You have ownership over designing & driving processes, ensuring effective assessments, and actively contributing to every step of the candidate journey. You are the driver - this is not a top-down environment where you just execute, but rather, we encourage you to be a true business partner for hiring managers and teams from A-Z. Through your work, you will play a key role in driving our unique & collaborative scale-up culture. Of course, we want you to experience electric driving first-hand. Who we are looking for

You bring along experience recruiting in-house (a must) - preferably in a fast-paced, international environment (some previous agency work is always welcome). To navigate the complexity of our roles and successfully close them, you need to have a solid commercial understanding and demonstrate proven negotiation skills . You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders regardless of their position or background across all levels of the organisation (that being said, there is very little hierarchy at Fastned). Outstanding communication skills are key here. You know how to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people and processes. Additionally, you bring along:

• A Bachelor's/Master's degree.

• Excellent spoken and written English (additional European languages are a plus).

• Experience with sourcing tools such as the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.

• You feel connected to Fastned's mission: to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility by giving freedom to electric drivers.
