Sustainability Administration & Compliance Support
Working at Sunoil
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized administrative professional to join our Sustainability
team. In this hands-on role, you will ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and that
compliance and operational processes run smoothly. You will be the reliable "go-to" person for all
administrative and support needs within sustainability and logistics. You will report directly to our Head
of Sustainability.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide administrative and compliance support across sustainability and operational processes,
including:
Sustainability & Compliance
- Supporting Proofs of Sustainability (PoS) and Sustainability Declaration (SD) issuance.
- Reviewing incoming Sustainability Declarations (SDs) for completeness and accuracy.
- Uploading, filing, and maintaining sustainability documentation in line with internal standards.
- Helping manage sustainability-related documentation requests and queries.
Transport & Documentation
- Supporting documentation flow administration.
- Validating transport and sustainability documentation in collaboration with the Sustainability
team.
- Assisting with document control, naming conventions, and traceability requirements.
- Providing backup administrative support where needed.
Commercial & Contract Support
- Assisting with contract-related follow-ups and document checks.
- Supporting accurate record-keeping and document control across systems and folders.
What we are looking for
Education
- MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in administration, logistics, sustainability, compliance, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative, documentation, or support role.
- Experience within sustainability, logistics, compliance, or operational environments is an
advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working with documentation, checklists, and structured processes.
- Clear and concise communicator in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable supporting operational and compliance-related
processes.
- Well-organised, proactive, and reliable - you enjoy being the dependable backup in a team.
Working at Sunoil
- Location : Based in Emmen, working primarily from the Emmen office.
- Working hours : Part-time (28-32 hours per week).
