About the role

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van onze trainingsactiviteiten en het aansturen van een team van training officers. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van sales, inhoudelijke experts en externe partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze trainingen aansluiten bij de marktbehoefte en voldoen aan onze kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Je opereert vanuit onze kantoren in Barendrecht en Woerden en speelt een actieve rol in het bevorderen van samenwerking en kennisdeling tussen beide locaties. Regelmatige aanwezigheid op beide vestigingen is essentieel om de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening te waarborgen en de onderlinge afstemming te versterken.

Deze functie biedt een mooie mix van leidinggeven, meewerken en klantgericht werken. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen als leider, impact te maken en bij te dragen aan de groei van onze klanten.

Jouw taken:

• Teamcoördinatie & coaching: Je begeleidt en ondersteunt het trainingsteam in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je motiveert collega's, geeft feedback en zorgt voor een prettige samenwerking.
• Planning & uitvoering van trainingen: Je bewaakt de voortgang van het trainingsaanbod, denkt mee over nieuwe trainingen en zorgt dat alles goed georganiseerd is.
• Klantcontact: Je hebt regelmatig contact met klanten, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt dat zij tevreden zijn over onze dienstverlening.
• Samenwerking met interne en externe partners: Je stemt af met andere afdelingen en externe opleiders om alles soepel te laten verlopen.
• Commerciële ondersteuning: Je denkt mee over hoe we onze trainingen beter in de markt kunnen zetten en helpt bij het opstellen van plannen en het opvolgen van leads.

• Ervaring in een commerciële of operationele rol is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
