Shape the legal future of our business - as Senior Legal Counsel!

This senior legal role is at the heart of the business - consulting on all legal business matters, from product development to supply, marketing and product liability. You will also act as main legal counsel for our large project and engineering service offering, advising on design contract and marketing concepts. The role is based in our office in the Netherlands in Berkel, near Rotterdam, functionally reporting to the Head of Legal Commercial located in Schaan, Liechtenstein ( headquarters).

What You'll do

Your main responsibilities include: - Advising dedicated Business Units on legal day-to-day business matters, covering product and service developments end-to-end, from R&D and direct supply contracts to market launch and beyond. Legal support of our engineering and design service offering with a focus on large projects. This entails developing practical contract and marketing concepts and coordinating their global rollout to our 10 region legal teams. - Cooperating with Brand, Marketing and Quality teams on strengthening our legal processes & policies, including legal trainings and supporting them on product liability and misleading advertising topics. - Working closely with our 10 region legal teams on content for knowledge build-up and experience sharing

What You'll Bring

• You hold a law degree being at minimum equal to a master's degree. Advanced professional education (e.g. LL.M, admission to the bar) is a plus.
• You gained a minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in an international company and/or in a leading law firm.
• You have strong conceptual skills and enjoy working on and implementing policies and processes to manage legal risks.
• You are curious to get a basic understanding of technical & engineering topics to provide practical, legally sound advice.
• You speak and provide legal support fluently in English.
• The role requires occasional travel to headquarters in Schaan (4-6 times per year).
