The Job

As an Asset Quality Specialist at Euro Pool System (EPS), you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our reusable transport items (RTIs) throughout their entire lifecycle-from production and pooling to repair and recycling. This is more than just a technical role; it's an opportunity to contribute to a circular economy by ensuring our assets meet the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits at manufacturers and service centers, and analyzing trends to proactively address quality issues. Your work will directly impact the durability and sustainability of our RTI pool, helping to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

You

You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for quality. You enjoy working in a structured way, are confident in communicating with different stakeholders, and thrive in a role where you can combine hands-on audits with strategic improvements.

Further:

• A completed bachelor's degree in logistics, quality management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain operations
• Experience with statistical analysis and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English (and preferably Dutch)
• A quality-driven mindset with strong organizational and reporting skills
