Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Conduct structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new hires and managers to support onboarding and integration.
• Perform salary benchmarking and provide market-driven recommendations for competitive compensation.
• Support annual salary review processes with accurate market data.
• Lead and participate in HR projects to improve operational efficiency (e.g., ATS optimization, onboarding workflows).
• Contribute to employer branding and CSR initiatives that promote sustainability and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with salary benchmarking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus)
• Based in the area, if you are not living in the Netherlands your profile will not be cosidered.
• No requiring sponsorship.

Job Offer

• Salary: €3,000 - €4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week).
• Contract: Full-time (32-40 hours), initial fixed-term for 7 months.
• Hybrid working: Work from home combined with office days in Amersfoort.
• Laptop and phone allowance
• Travel reimbursement: €0.25 per kilometer for the distance between your home address and the company
• 27 vacation days per year 1 extra day off in your birthday month 2 additional days off if you are not sick during the calendar year
