As a sales assistant at Boomba Bamboo, you play an essential role in promoting our mission and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include advising customers, demonstrating the benefits of our bamboo bedding, and addressing inquiries.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in making the right product choices based on their needs and preferences.
• Providing product information and explaining the benefits of our bamboo bedding.
• Answering customer questions and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Processing payments and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Maintaining the orderliness of the store space.
• Assisting customers by phone or email.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Affinity for sustainability and interest in eco-friendly products.
• Enthusiasm and energy to advise customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
