Join Wagenborg Offshore as a Second Engineer specializing in Walk to Work operations. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all technical equipment on board, supporting our offshore projects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Chief Engineer and other team members to maintain and repair machinery, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the overall success of our offshore operations. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for this position.

• Ensure the proper functioning of all technical equipment on board

• Participate in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

• Work closely with the Chief Engineer and crew members to achieve project goals

Job requirements

• Valid applicable Certificate of Competence (STCW III/2)

• Valid STCW Training Certificates

• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

• Preferred fluency in Dutch Language

• Preferred experience on PSV and/or W2W vessels

• Ability to work effectively as part of an international team

• Preferred experience on Diesel Electric engines

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining marine engineering equipment

• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

• Flexibility to work in challenging offshore conditions
