Your responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you are the backbone of our financial administration. You make sure incoming invoices, from costs to seeds, are processed timely and accurately. In addition you will:

• Maintain contact with vendors and monitor payment agreements.

• Keep vendor master data up to date.

• Support colleagues with questions about invoice processing.

• Contribute to improvements in the Purchase-to-Pay process.

To seed your future, you've got the following skills:

• MBO-level or equivalent financial education.

• At least 7 years of experience in invoice processing and accounting systems (Exact Globe is a plus).

• Strong Excel skills.

• Good knowledge of relevant tax rules (VAT, WKR etc.)

• You work in a structured and accurate way, are hands-on, results-driven, and communicate clearly.

• Curious and proactive in improving processes.
