As a Supervisor E and I within the maintenance team, you ensure that our electrical and instrumentation installations continue to perform at their best. You work close to the operation, collaborate with your team in the field and maintain a clear overview at all times.

Where will you be working?

You will work within the maintenance team and be responsible for supervising and coordinating E and I maintenance activities at the terminal. The focus is on preventive and corrective maintenance and on keeping our installations safe, reliable and available.

You are the first point of contact for E and I technicians and ensure clear task allocation, proper instructions and safe execution of work. You monitor progress, quality and compliance with procedures and regulations. In addition, you work closely with fellow supervisors, work preparation, reliability engineering and operations.

You are frequently present on the terminal and know what is happening in the field. With your technical knowledge and overview, you bring structure, stability and continuity to the team.

Representative activities

• Supervise and support E and I technicians within the maintenance team
• Ensure safe execution of maintenance activities
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on E and I installations
• Monitor planning, progress and quality of work
• Identify failures, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with legislation, procedures and safety standards
• Collaborate with other disciplines within maintenance and operations
• Contribute to the improvement and embedding of maintenance processes

What do you bring to the table

• Safety is always your top priority
• You are able to create structure and maintain overview in a dynamic environment
• You have a practical mindset and understand how installations operate in the field
• You communicate clearly and know how to connect people
• You have at least a completed MBO level 4 qualification, for example in electrical engineering
• You have several years of experience in an E and I maintenance role, preferably in an industrial or Seveso environment
• You have a good command of the Dutch language
• You take ownership and are comfortable making decisions
