What your role as Office & Event Manager looks like
As Office & Event Manager, you fulfil a central and connecting role within the organisation. You operate in a dynamic environment where a lot happens at the same time and you know how to bring overview, structure and calm. You easily switch between different departments and levels and ensure that things are well prepared, coordinated and executed. You are also responsible for the organisation and coordination of internal and external events. You maintain active contact with suppliers and external partners, make appointments, monitor budgets and ensure flawless coordination with colleagues in the field of marketing, communication and planning. With your sense of organisation and cooperation, you contribute to a professional image and a pleasant experience for everyone involved with the organisation.
Some of your duties
- Coordinate and execute internal and external events and meetings, from preparation to completion.
- Support and manage colleagues within projects and event processes.
- Support Sales and Customer Care in administrative and communication processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient processes and a stronger customer experience.

- HBO working and thinking level
- Strong command of the Dutch and English languages
- You are articulate, stand firm and dare to take charge.
- You have experience in organising events, meetings or trade shows (B2B is a plus).
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
- You can plan, switch and prioritise well in a dynamic environment.
- You are communicatively strong and can brief and bring colleagues along well.
- You have an eye for detail as well as for the overall customer experience.
- You are available full-time (32-40 hours per week).

- Full-time employment of 32-40 hours per week.
