Job description

As a rental and sales agent you will work in an enthusiastic, young and driven team in the center of Haarlem. In this position you will be responsible for the supply of housing in our region. You will have room for your own input and enough variety in the work. Core tasks that the position entails include offering homes, holding viewings, preparing rental and purchase agreements and associated invoices, scheduling appointments, providing and preparing property information and tracking changes in the portfolio.

• You are representative and take initiative
• As a person you are enthusiastic and energetic
• You can function well both independently and in a team
• You have university work and thinking level
• Proficient in both Dutch and English
• Living in the Haarlem region
• Has a driving license B
