We are looking for…

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven talent to strengthen our team. We're looking for someone who is authentic, eager to develop and grow, and eager for a challenge. This way, you'll contribute to both your own and Solon's growth. The Legal Professional Training program starts twice a year (February and September). What do we do?

Our services focus on all areas of law that an entrepreneur has to deal with, from, for example, employment law to IP law and, of course, Corporate law . We also have a specialist M&A and corporate litigation practice, with small to very large (international) transactions.

Our approach?

Our approach is aimed at preventing problems by giving good advice in advance, but if necessary, we litigate in a razor-sharp manner. The interests and goals of our customers are paramount and we determine our strategy and solutions on this basis. Our advice is of course based on thorough legal research, but above all clear and targeted.

Who are you?

Driven and full of energy to get started with us. You must also have completed a Dutch master's degree in law with civil effect or be able to do so in a short period of time. We are also very curious about your talents and wishes. And what do you like to do next to work? Are you an athlete, do you like to cook or are you a 'binge watcher' and what is your favorite series?

What are you going to do?

You will immediately start working in practice, where an appeal is made to your analytical skills, creativity and focus. From drafting a procedural document to attending the oral hearing and from the intake interview to justifying the claim, you are involved in all facets of the profession from the very first moment. You will of course be guided and coached in this, but we do expect a high degree of self-motivation and independence, but we do this together.

Specialization?

We have different expertise within our office and sufficient work. We would like to hear what your preference is. During the training period you will become acquainted with the various areas of expertise. We believe in a broad education, in which you develop your own style, preference and specialism on the basis of practical experience.
