We are looking for a Technical Service Employee! Do you have excellent technical insight? Are you communicative and do you enjoy coordinating? And would you like to help build the factory of the future? Then we would like to invite you for an interview!

For over 75 years, Moba has been creating total solutions for sorting, packaging, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing over 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.

As a Technical Service Employee, you are responsible for supporting maintenance and installation work within our buildings and production environment. You will work on a variety of technical installations, including central heating systems, compressed air systems, gas installations, water supply networks, and air treatment systems.

In addition, you will supervise and support technicians on the work floor, such as plumbers, sprinkler technicians, cooling/heating technicians, and roofers. You will monitor the safety, quality, and continuity of the work. You will contribute to a well-functioning and safe working environment and ensure that the work is carried out in an efficient and structured manner.

An important part of your job is performing preventive maintenance on building-related installations and machines. You will be supervised by an experienced colleague and given the opportunity to develop yourself further within the field. You will be working with an enthusiastic team of six colleagues.

What are you going to do?

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on installations and machines.

• Supervising and managing mechanics on the work floor.

• Checking the quality and safety of work performed.

• Supporting projects in the field of technical improvements.

• Recording maintenance activities in the Centix database (work equipment management and inspections).

• Applying and utilizing basic knowledge of the Priva building management system (climate control).

• Participating in on-call services (once every 5 to 6 weeks). We will, of course, support you in this.

• Contributing to a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment at the Moba locations in the Netherlands.

What we ask of you

• Vocational education in mechanical engineering, installation technology, or similar;
• Willingness to learn about new techniques and systems;
• Basic knowledge of the Priva building management system, or willingness to learn it;
• Willingness to learn about Centix for maintenance registration;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• Willing to work on-call shifts (once every 5 to 6 weeks, compensation: over €300 per shift and company car during this shift).
