We're looking for a dynamic New Business Development Manager to focus on the German market , this position is for Romania promoting our innovative technology solutions and services. In this exciting and autonomous role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market share with solutions that create a meaningful, lasting impact.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

A commercially driven professional who is fully committed to further increasing our market share in Germany. This position is for Romania With our diverse product portfolio, we already serve a number of satisfied customers in Germany. We are convinced that our solutions can offer even more value to new customers in the German market and beyond. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can expand our market share and introduce our innovative solutions to new target audiences.

You will ensure that our existing products become even more successful in Germany and introduce our solutions to new segments. You will research how different markets function and maintain a curious mindset, wanting to learn everything about our solutions and the industries we operate in. You identify opportunities and translate them into concrete actions. Additionally, you are not afraid to establish contact and build new relationships.

You will conduct market research to find leads and visit (digitally) prospects with the aim of closing deals. You recognize commercial opportunities, come up with ideas, and know how to make them practical. You are skilled at analyzing customer challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.

Skills And requirements

  • Good understanding of market research techniques to identify potential customers using analytical abilities
  • Experience in IT Services /Software Product Selling is must
  • Proven history of generating leads through cold calling and cold emailingfor information technology setup
  • Excellent English and German communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to ask the right questions and tell great stories and have empathy with the client's challenges.
  • Experience in building lead
  • Good understanding of IT Services across Application Development, IT Operations, Cloud etc (not infrastructure management)
  • Go getter attitude
  • Creative writing skills (emails, messages)
  • Natural team player - ability to coordinate and liaise with delivery teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential customers based on the client persona.
  • Drafting creative emails based on the profile of the potential customers and their business needs
  • Calling potential customers to understand their pain points, to explain them about Decos and seeking their time for a discovery call
  • Proactively finding potential clients and work towards converting them into new clients.
  • Efficiently maintaining all the data in a CRM (HubSpot) and/or spreadsheet.
  • Building Lead Data
  • Promoting Decos on various digital channels (like LinkedIn, Clutch, Medium etc.) to generate leads
  • Gain insights into potential client's most urgent business problems or business opportunities while mapping how our solutions and services offerings can add business value to the has context menu
