As a Junior Consultant and Software Trainer atAram Academy , you will enable organizations to experience the power of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). You will translate technical solutions into practical results and support them in successfully implementing cloud solutions for planning, resource, and risk management.

Your duties will include:

• developing and providing software training courses;
• creating and keeping clear and didactic course materials up to date;
• Supporting Oracle Primavera Cloud implementations for various customers.

We provide training courses:

• at our office in the Netherlands,
• in-company at clients' premises,
• and internationally, both online and offline.

You are someone who gets energy from explaining, presenting, and guiding others. You also have a strong interest in project management and cloud software. You enjoy developing your skills in both technical software and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Providing training courses, workshops, and advisory services
• Developing and optimizing course materials
• Implementing and configuring Oracle Primavera Cloud for various customers
• Analyzing business processes and translating them into optimal software design
• Guiding customers through change management and increasing user acceptance

Qualifications

• Completed technical higher professional education
• Passion for knowledge transfer and teaching
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to guide organizations through change
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Residing in the Rotterdam area
