    eCommerce Sales Manager (m/w/d)

    E-COMMERCE SALES MANAGER

    AMSTERDAM

    At Coty, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager for the e-tailer and pure player customers. In this role, you will be an important member of the Coty E-commerce team, consisting of sales managers, digital and trade marketing experts. Your key challenge will be to accelerate Coty's growth in this very important and dynamic customer group.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    This is a unique role with a high impact on the growth of Coty E-commerce. You will be part of a talented family of people, combining passion for Beauty with the strong ambition to grow brands and customers.

    Your main focus:

    • Managing e-customer(s), in particular pure player(s), with direct responsibility on sales and profitability of the accounts
    • Building strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the customer to deliver short- and long-term company, customer and consumer objectives
    • Developing commercial plans to constantly accelerate sales
    • Negotiating annual agreements, joint business plans, activation and data sharing
    • Weekly/monthly tracking and reporting on customer performance including sell-in, sell-out, month-on-hand KPI's.
    • Managing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, providing rationale and weekly estimations to Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams
    • Negotiating listings for all Coty's relevant products and brands, including cost price changes with each customer as appropriate
    • Reviewing pre and post promotional activity analysis to maximize key learnings
    • Exploring business and market opportunities, translating them quickly into incremental sales plans
    • Sustaining a close and productive cross-functional collaboration with key colleagues in E-commerce, marketing, sales, finance and supply chain departments.

    Other than that, you have:

    • Strong passion for e-commerce & business & beauty
    • Proven ability to succeed in e-retailing and working multi-functionally
    • Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit, fast execution and test-learn agile mentality
    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, International Management)
    • 5+ years of business experience (preferred Beauty or FMCG industry or retailer)
    • Advanced MS-Office skills, expertise with e-com analysis tools and BI solutions is a plus
    • Fluent English
