Your impact

As a Product Manager in our Cards team, you will be working on one of the most critical payment methods globally, directly driving growth for the company. Cards are always at the frontier of innovation, and in this role, you will help stretch Mollie's thinking about future applications and the next evolution of payments.

You won't just be managing a single feature; over time, you will take ownership of an entire product space. Joining a highly collaborative, cross-functional team of 10-15 engineers, product marketers, and data analysts, you will operate in a fast-paced environment where complexity and high expectations are the norm. What you'll ship

• End-to-End Ownership: Own the development and maintenance of core card functionalities, taking features from ideation to successful execution and adoption.

• Core Functionality Execution: Drive crucial projects including wallet implementations, enhancements to capture flows, and the enablement of additional business models.

• Roadmap Collaboration: Work closely with the Accountable Lead on the overarching Cards roadmap, aligning your focus on product features while collaborating on the processing side.

• Hands-on Problem Solving: Dive into the details. This is an execution-driven environment where everybody steps in to support the product, fix issues, and ensure smooth delivery. You won't just be strategizing; you'll be building.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Act autonomously to extract insights, manipulate data, and inform your product decisions without needing to constantly rely on a dedicated data analyst.

What you'll bring

• Product Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, demonstrating the autonomy needed to drive projects independently in complex situations.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fintech space. You don't need to have worked at a fintech company, but you must deeply understand the complexities and regulatory nuances of the financial technology landscape.

• Analytical Skills: Strong data analytics capabilities. You are highly comfortable diving into data, manipulating it, and drawing out actionable insights yourself.

• An Execution Mindset: You are highly hands-on. You prefer being in the trenches with your team over high-level strategizing without execution support.

• Resilience: The ability to navigate many stakeholders, handle pressure, and thrive in a highly demanding, complex product ecosystem.
