Will you be our new Operations superstar for the pig sector?

At AgroVision, everything revolves around smart software for the agricultural sector. For our pig farming customers, we are looking for a colleague who not only answers questions but also actively thinks about finding solutions. Together with your team, you help our customers keep moving forward, which makes your work diverse and enjoyable every day.

What will your job involve?

• As an Operations employee, you are the first point of contact for pig farmers via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• You help customers with questions about our programs, sometimes guiding them via TeamViewer, and ensure that everything runs smoothly again.
• Whether it's an error in the software or a connection that isn't working, you act quickly to make sure the customer can continue their daily work without problems.
• You will often receive questions about our pig software, but you can also expect administrative and/or basic software questions.
• Next to supporting customers directly, you will also take care of customers' data entry and data analysis.
• You will guide and support customers, helping them understand how our software works and highlighting the value of their data.
• Together with your team, you work on the growth and improvement of our software.

The international consists of approximately 55 people in various roles. The office in Germany is placed in Osnabrück.

• Fluent native German and advanced written and spoken English.
