Marketing Internship

What will the student do?

You will work in the marketing department. You will work on creative interpretation of events, meetings, trade shows and the website together with your colleagues. Your day starts with checking the news in the trade magazines. You make sure you are aware of what is going on in the market and discuss this with your marketing colleague. Then you get to work on content for the website and for social media. You edit photos, create new (digital) flyers and write articles to be placed on the website. Meanwhile, you'll take a phone call to provide information about the new marketing opportunities and make sure you update your email. You are actively on the move in the center and don't shy away from an informal chat with an exhibitor.

What skills does the student possess?

You are flexible, eager to learn, enthusiastic, direct in your communication and you make sure you work with accuracy. You dare to ask questions and work independently.

We are CAST, the trading platform for footwear, sports and fashion brands in the heart of the Netherlands (Nieuwegein). The (physical) purchasing center exists since 1984 and is the place where supply and demand come together in an efficient way. We offer space to more than 150 showrooms of (inter)national brands. We would like to translate our new proposition into innovative exhibition concepts.... and the fun part is.... You are going to contribute to that!!
