Description

You will work closely with employees and managers, providing advice and support on all HR matters - from employee lifecycle and compliance to compensation, benefits, and engagement. This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a small team environment, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to be involved in the full spectrum of HR activities. You will be responsible for:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: contracting, onboarding, offboarding, and related documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.
• Draft and manage contracts, probation reviews, and related letters.
• Monitor temporary contracts and coordinate renewals and approvals.
• Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant personnel files and HR data.
• Administer leave, absence, and sickness case management.
• Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Support immigration and relocation processes.
• Contribute to HR policy improvements and operational initiatives across offices.
• Lead or support HR projects on compliance, engagement, and process optimization.
• Conduct and analyze employee surveys to drive improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Support Workday implementation as team expert.
• Support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews.
• Process monthly payroll inputs and verify accuracy with vendors.
• Liaise with external providers for insurance, pension, and statutory benefits.
• Administer and communicate local benefits programs.
• Deliver HR metrics and personnel cost insights for strategic planning.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role within an international environment, with exposure to compensation & benefits processes.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws, social security, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
• Experience with Workday.
• Ability to support and implement Workday and serve as a Workday Guru within the team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
