Omschrijving

• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and on time
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
• Recording financial transactions in the accounting system
• Preparing payment runs and supporting cash management activities
• Reconciling bank accounts, supplier accounts, and customer balances
• Checking expense claims and ensuring proper approval and documentation
• Maintaining and organizing financial records (digital and physical)
• Monitoring open items and following up on overdue invoices
• Assisting with VAT/tax administration and basic compliance tasks
• Supporting the finance manager

Profiel van kandidaat

• At least an MBO degree in finance
• English fluent, Dutch B1 and up
• You are eager to learn and detail oriented
• You are pro-active and flexibel
• At least 32 hours per week available
• Experience is nice to have but some internships are also good
