BV - TeamLeader Production Worker with Forklift Certificate

B.V. is a dynamic, international import and export company specializing in second-hand clothing, based in Hem. To expand our team, we are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague who can support us in production, maintain oversight on the work floor, and holds a valid forklift certificate.

In this role, you work as an all-round team member on the shop floor at both and Hemera, while also taking on a coordinating role. Among other things, you are responsible for the internal transport of clothing from to Hemera and you support various production activities in Hemera's factory. You maintain oversight, guide colleagues where necessary, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Every day is different: one day you'll spend most of your time on the forklift, another day you'll be working in production, and sometimes it's exactly 50/50.

MUST HAVES

• You are in possession of a valid forklift certificate;
• You have experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of vintage and second-hand clothing;
• Proficiency in the English language (required);
• Able to work well under pressure;
• Flexible, motivated, and able to work well in a team;
• Living in the Hoorn / Hem
