EuroMouldings is an innovative and growing manufacturing organisation. To strengthen our finance department, we are looking for a precise and analytical Finance & Control Officer. In this role, you will contribute to a reliable financial administration and support decision-making within the organisation.

What will you be doing?

As a Finance & Control Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date, complete and accurate financial administration. You will work closely with colleagues from the sales, logistics and production departments.

Your duties will include, among others:

• Processing and checking sales, purchase, cash and bank transactions in the ERP system (Exact);
• Checking postings and identifying discrepancies in prices, quantities and invoices;
• Reconciling sub-ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and fixed assets) with the general ledger;
• Independently managing accounts receivable and payable, returnable packaging and time registration;
• Identifying and explaining discrepancies in production or time registration to the controller;
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closings, audit preparation and tax filings (VAT, ICP, CBS);
• Preparing and supplying periodic analyses, reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) on topics such as payments, WIP, inventory, PPV and margins;
• Acting as the point of contact for internal departments regarding invoices, payments and postings.

What do you bring?

• MBO-4 level of working and thinking, preferably in business administration or business economics;
• Several years of relevant experience within a financial administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
• Solid accounting knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger administration;
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for basic data analysis;
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Exact) and internal reporting structures;
• Knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage;
• You work accurately, analytically and handle company and customer data with confidentiality.

• A permanent contract with EuroMouldings;
• Employment of 24 to 32 hours per week;
• A gross monthly salary between €3.000 and €3.800, depending on knowledge and experience;
