Software Engineer/Field Service Engineer (FT)

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Providing first-line software support (remote support);
• Loading and testing software on machines and projects to be delivered;
• Performing installation and maintenance of seed processing equipment on site at our customers in the Netherlands and abroad;
• Commissioning machines and projects;
• Troubleshooting;
• Involved in FAT- and SAT testing;
• Ensuring a good transfer to the end user.

This is your profile:

Hard skills:

• Compiling production folders using supplied drawings;
• Ensuring the correct handover of the drawing package, including work instructions, to the production department;
• Supporting various tasks within the department;
• Creating and processing internal orders from internal order requirements;
• Together with the planning and purchasing department, taking responsibility for decisions on outsourcing work.
