Are you an expert in payroll administration and do you get energy from supporting employees and managers with questions about social legislation?

• You manage the complete payroll process from A to Z for approximately 330 employees
• You ensure accurate personnel administration: processing social documents, handling career break requests, following up on the legal mobility budget, managing cafeteria plan selections, attendance and absences and maintaining personnel files
• You work closely with the social secretariat Acerta
• You handle the administration related to car orders: comparing quotes, following up and updating order files in our Fleet tool, etc
• You answer questions from employees and managers about social legislation and compensation policy with expertise
• You follow up on insurance files and ensure accurate declarations
• You proactively contribute ideas for process optimizations
• You closely monitor changes in social legislation and implement them correctly within the organization.

What you need to succeed:

• You have a higher education degree (minimum bachelor), preferably in Human Resources, Personnel Management or a similar field
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll - payroll administration holds no secrets for you
• You are highly familiar with payroll software; knowledge of Connect (Acerta) is a strong asset
• You work accurately, structured and are comfortable with numbers
• You are customer-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant
• You possess strong communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team
• You have an excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
• Ideally, you work two days per week from our office in Hasselt (Corda Campus), complemented by remote work
• You preferably start mid-February 2026 as a freelancer for this long-term assignment.
