About Diagnoptics

Diagnoptics Technologies BV is based in Groningen and active in the medical devices industry. Since 2006, Diagnoptics has marketed the AGE Reader. The AGE Reader is a device that allows the risk of various chronic diseases (cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.) to be assessed in a very easy way. Diagnoptics recently also launched the AGE Scanner and is working intensively on new developments.

From its office in Groningen, Diagnoptics sells its products directly and via a global distributor network to doctors and therapists worldwide.

The role

We are looking for an online marketer who can help professionalize our marketing and further build our digital lead generation. In this role, you will have the responsibility and trust to truly help shape that development.

Key responsibilities

You will become the driving force behind our online marketing activities. You work independently on campaigns, content, and optimization, while also thinking about how we can organize marketing in a smarter and more consistent way. The focus is on digital lead generation for an international, professional audience.

An important part of your work will be setting up, managing, and improving campaigns via LinkedIn and Meta. You develop content and campaigns that resonate with physicians and therapists, write copy for the website, email, and social media, and ensure our messaging is both accurate and professional. You manage our WordPress website and contribute to its further development. You will also play a role in marketing automation, for example in mailings, lead nurturing, and lead follow-up.

In addition, you support communication around international trade shows and events, for example through pre-event campaigns and lead follow-up. Occasionally, this may include attending an event abroad. You analyze campaign performance and marketing results and actively propose improvements to make our efforts more effective.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with around three years of experience in online marketing who is comfortable independently setting up and optimizing campaigns. Experience with LinkedIn and Meta advertising is important, as is basic knowledge of WordPress. Experience with marketing automation is a plus, but a clear interest in developing this further is equally valuable. You write easily and clearly, including about more complex subject matter. Your English is excellent, and knowledge of an additional language such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.

You feel comfortable in a role where not everything is defined yet and where you can build and improve. You take initiative, work in a structured way, and combine creativity with analytical thinking. You are interested in understanding a medical and professional audience and can put yourself in their position.
