What will you do?

• You help residents solve and prevent problems and improve their situation in a sustainable way.
• You involve the resident's network, voluntary organisations and other residents in resolving support issues.
• You provide guidance and engage additional care or support as needed.
• You think from reciprocity. A resident who needs support may also be able to do something for someone else.
• You have knowledge of and/or experience with youth, debt relief, sheltered housing and psychiatry;
• Together with colleagues, you will provide a range of support to groups.

You have/are

• A bachelor's degree and higher vocational education level
• Knowledge of laws and regulations in the social domain;
• Broad professional knowledge that you combine with the expertise of colleagues and collaborative partners;
• A driving licence and car;
• Independent enough to do your job flexibly and with responsibility;
• A coaching, connecting and motivating attitude, showing initiative and focused on cooperation.
