As a Logistics Assistant at Analytical Solutions and Products BV (ASaP), you will play a vital, hands-on role in maintaining smooth and efficient logistics operations within a growing, high-tech organization. You will work in a supportive, proactive team environment, managing the entire supply chain process independently, from receiving shipments to organizing the warehouse. You will also collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to maintain accuracy and streamline operations. Your role as Logistics Assistant

Your role as a Logistics Assistant is vital to the smooth operation of our organization. With your dedication to smoothly guiding materials and goods through each stage of our process, you'll help ensure an efficient, well-organized workflow that keeps our operations running seamlessly and on schedule. You'll make a real difference by keeping everything organized and accessible, helping the team meet deadlines, and ensuring that products get to our customers on time. Your initiative and attention to detail will support productivity across the board and create a solid foundation for our success.

What are your responsibilities

• Inspecting and registering incoming goods
• Storing and/or dispatching goods
• Picking items for systems in production
• Transferring items to the production floor
• Operating a forklift (basic tasks)
• Replenishing stock items
• Conducting regular inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and workshop (disposing of cardboard, scrap metal, pallets, etc.)
• Shipping packages
• Additional tasks

Logistics Assistant job requirements

• Skilled in making swift transitions between tasks and priorities
• High accuracy and structured work approach
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Service-minded with a focus on customer needs
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Technical education/experience preferred
• Basic English skills
• Warehouse experience is a plus
• Forklift and VCA certification is a plus*

* If you do not have a VCA and/or forklift certificate, ASaP can provide the training for you.
