Experteer Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant in the Netherlands, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for Arcadis' Resilience Business, aligning hiring with commercial priorities. You will serve as a true business partner within a global TA function, shaping the employer brand and candidate experience. You'll source across Design & Engineering, Program & Project Management, and Environmental Specialisms, while guiding stakeholders on best practices. You will drive inclusive, bias-free recruitment that supports high‑volume, diverse staffing needs. This is your chance to impact how Arcadis attracts top talent at scale.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source talent across multiple channels to expand teams
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment processes and best practices
• Position Arcadis as an employer of choice through screening and interviewing candidates
• Manage a high volume of permanent vacancies across diverse levels
• Oversee the candidate experience to achieve positive outcomes for all applicants
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Advocate for our values and ensure inclusive, bias-free recruitment processes

Principales exigences

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the Netherlands
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, Boolean searching, and ATS
• Ability to credibly advise on recruiting best practices
• Proactive, positive, curious mindset with proactive problem-solving
• Experience delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Strong consulting and influencing skills
• Experience in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
