Summary

As a Logistics Expert, you analyze logistical challenges and develop tailored supply chain solutions for offshore wind projects. You will be involved in both tenders and active projects, working closely with an experienced colleague who provides guidance and support.

This entry-level role forms a strong foundation for a career in offshore project logistics. You will gain expertise through hands-on experience, cross-team collaboration, and continuous on-the-job learning. Depending on the project, you may work from headquarters or on-site at project locations.

• Develop supply chain solutions for cable and foundation logistics within offshore wind projects.

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations for tenders and project scopes.

• Support tender teams by preparing detailed logistics strategies, cost estimates and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with DEME Procurement and internal stakeholders to ensure logistics solutions are feasible, safe and efficient.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration / Applied Economics, Business Engineer, Engineering, Supply Chain Management degree, nautical degree;

• Speak and write English fluently;

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design customized logistics solutions.

• Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

DEME bouwt mee aan de Oosterweelverbinding Rechteroever. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

Om het Team Grondverzet te versterken is DEME op zoek naar startende Projectingenieurs en Werfleiders.

Je speelt een sleutelrol in de realisatie van de Oosterweelverbinding, een project met ongeziene technische complexiteit en impact. Dit is geen standaard bouwproject. De omvang van het grondwerk is ongezien : er wordt ca. 8 miljoen m3 grond ontgraven, aangevuld of afgevoerd. Je krijgt dus te maken met innovatieve uitvoeringsmethodes, strakke budgetbewaking en een continu veranderende werfomgeving.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with advanced expertise in .NET technologies, React, and Blazor to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain both modern and existing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Your primary focus will be on web and API development using .NET Core, React, and Blazor. Experience with legacy Microsoft frameworks (such as WPF or WinForms) is considered a strong plus.

As an Operational Buyer, you are responsible for the full Request-to-Pay (R2P) cycle within your assigned purchasing categories. You ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase requests and orders while maintaining high standards in quality, lead time, on-time delivery, and supplier performance. Acting as a key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, you contribute to optimizing total cost of ownership and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

As a Fleet Improvement Engineer within our Fleet Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role as an analyst in transforming operational insights from our fleet of vessels into tangible improvements. Your mission is to analyze needs related to data, processes, and organizational workflows, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. You will bridge the gap between operational and technical learnings from our fleet organization and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that enhancements are embedded in systems, applications, reports, procedures, and business processes.
