What will you be doing?

As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the correct and efficient processing of various administrative activities. You will support colleagues and ensure that processes run smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

• Processing and managing administrative data
• Entering and checking invoices and documents
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Answering emails and telephone calls
• Assisting with planning and reporting
• Archiving and keeping files up-to-date

What do we expect from you?

• Intermediate vocational education and intellectual ability (preferably in an administrative field)
• Experience in an administrative position is an advantage
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Accurate, independent, and communicative
