(Junior) Sous Chef - 38 hours

A unique opportunity for a (Junior) Sous Chef arises within the kitchen brigade of Engelenburg Castle. Together with our talented (Sous) Chef, you will be the conductor of the kitchen, where hospitality is realized at the highest level. As an operational level leader, coach and inspiration, you will bear full responsibility in the absence of our Chef.

In our open kitchen we welcome a passionate (Junior) Sous Chef who wants to turn every dish into a masterpiece. You are a proactive force in menu development and new concepts, flexible and familiar with hard work. Knowledge of HACCP regulations comes naturally to you, while you enthusiastically strive for personal development.

As a (Junior) Sous Chef, you take care of quality, hygiene, freshness, service and safety. You strive for a quality finished product and diligently share your ideas with the Chef. Actively work to achieve our culinary ambitions, with at least 2 years of proven restaurant experience, with leadership experience a plus.
