To reinforce our team, we are looking for a driven and accurate Internal Service Order Administrator.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Inside Sales Representative Order Entry, you are the lynchpin of our order processing process. You ensure flawless and efficient processing of customer orders. Your accuracy and customer-oriented attitude contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the smooth running of our operations.

Processing and entering incoming customer orders into our system.

Checking the completeness and accuracy of order data.

Answering customer queries and providing information on products and delivery times.

Work with the warehouse and logistics department to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Maintain accurate customer contact and build lasting customer relationships.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

MBO working and thinking level.

Experience in a similar position, preferably in the glass industry or a technical environment.

Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbal and written.

Accuracy and an eye for detail.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
