At Mieloo & Alexander, you'll work on impactful RFID and IoT projects that optimize warehouse operations, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decisions. As a Medior Technical Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions for leading clients in logistics, retail, and manufacturing. You'll work alongside senior consultants, developers, and project managers in a collaborative, fast-moving environment that encourages initiative and continuous learning.

Medior Technical Consultant

Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: €3,800-€5,400 gross/month, depending on experience

What Will You Do?

• Implement & integrate: Configure and optimize RFID and supply chain solutions that deliver measurable operational value.

• Translate complexity into clarity: Analyze customer needs and convert them into scalable, technically sound designs and recommendations.

• Test & improve: Execute test plans, identify root causes of technical issues, and ensure delivery meets quality expectations.

• Document & support: Contribute to technical documentation and support user training efforts.

• Collaborate & share: Engage in technical discussions with peers and share knowledge across the team.

• Take ownership: Manage your deliverables, time, and priorities with a strong sense of accountability.

• • Salary: €3,800-€5,400 gross per month, depending on experience

  • Contract: Start with a temporary contract with the intention to transition to a permanent position.

What We Expect From You:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• You bring 2-6 years of experience in system implementation, integration, or a similar technical consulting role.

• You're hands-on with technologies such as RFID hardware, system integration, and root cause analysis (RCA).

• You're confident in bridging the gap between business and technology and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

• You're proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a collaborative, knowledge-driven team.

• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
