As Assistant Site Manager you will be the right hand of the Site Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the site. You will connect the daily work of the team with the strategic goals of the location.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will carry a lot of responsibility:

• You will bear ultimate responsibility for managing multiple teams and act as a sparring partner to the Site Manager;
• You have an eye for efficiency, quality and cost control in daily processes;
• You supervise and develop (new) employees and liaise with employment agencies;
• You prepare the weekly schedule, including daily tasks and cost overview;
• Ensures that the day's report is written before the day ends;
• You will ride along with the cultivation round checklist so that you are always fully aware of the cultivation conditions.

In short: as Assistant Location Manager, you are at the centre of operations, but you also look ahead. You know how to make daily practice run smoothly and actively contribute to the growth and professionalisation of the location.
