Description

What you'll do

As an Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, in a supportive, team-based environment where no two days are the same. You'll join client teams early on, not only structuring and performing analyses, but also collaborating closely on real-world transformations. You won't be expected to know everything upfront - we value curiosity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. These experiences, combined with ongoing mentorship from Managers, Partners, and clients, offer a wide range of learning opportunities.

We support your development through on-the-job coaching and structured training programs focused on challenges you may encounter as an Associate - including consulting skills, interpersonal development, and digital expertise.
