As a Product Manager, you'll lead product initiatives that shape the future of our platform and deliver real impact for millions of workers.

What You Bring

You have a solid educational foundation - ideally in Business, Computer Science, Data, UX, or a related field - and 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. You're driven, ambitious, and turn insights, data, and customer feedback into meaningful product decisions. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum - even when things get complex.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven Product Management experience in SaaS and a track record of shipping valuable, high-quality product solutions

• Strong analytical and communication skills - able to translate data into action and communicate clearly and confidently

• A solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints

• A collaborative, relationship-driven mindset paired with ambition, energy, and a passion for building products that solve real problems
