[National Team] Content Lead

Do you love writing, storytelling, and creating engaging social media content? Join our National Marketing Team as a Content Lead and help bring the Female Ventures mission to life through inspiring posts and newsletters that empower women in business.

What is Female Ventures?

Female Ventures is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to empowering women in their professional journeys. We offer knowledge, inspiration, and connection through events, mentoring, and community - all driven by passionate volunteers in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Delft/The Hague, and Eindhoven.

Your role

As a Content Lead, you'll take the lead in creating and publishing content that keeps our national community engaged and informed. We're looking for someone eager to support us in publishing our monthly newsletter as well as posts on social media .

Core tasks (approx. 1-2 hrs/week):

• Write and publish the monthly newsletter with news, updates, and community highlights
• Write and publish posts for our national LinkedIn and Instagram channels (1-3 times per week)
• Write clear and engaging copy aligned with our brand voice
• Design graphics using Canva templates
• Post and schedule content in coordination with the rest of the marketing teams
• Ideate and develop new types of engaging content for our audience
• Support PR/media relations (draft press releases, coordinate interviews)
• Amplify city chapter content
• Support chapter spotlight LinkedIn pages and cross-chapter campaigns.

You bring

• Strong written English and an eye for engaging storytelling
• Creative Canva design skills
• Proactive communication and ability to work independently
• Interest in women's empowerment, DEI, and community building

How we work

You'll be part of the National Marketing Team , working closely with all marketing volunteers across Female Ventures. Your role supports both the national brand and the local city teams , ensuring alignment, collaboration, and smooth communication across the organisation.
