Maintenance Engineer E & I (g/v/m)

Location: Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands

Op onze locatie Maasvlakte zijn we volop in beweging en aan het werk met de energietransitie. Hiervoor moeten wij onze huidige assets op een hoog niveau beschikbaar en betrouwbaar houden en ons ook voorbereiden op de toekomst. Om dit mogelijk te maken zoeken wij versterking in ons onderhoudsteam van Engineers om hiermee de juiste ondersteuning te geven voor de groei in projecten.

Taken

Je werkzaamheden bestaan oa uit:

• Het maken en uitvoeren van werk- en schakelplannen volgens NEN3140/3840 tbv het veiligstellen van elektrische installaties voor werkzaamheden;
• Verlenen van adviezen op het gebied van E- en I&C vraagstukken;
• Lokaliseren, analyseren, en oplossen van storingen die de beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid, en efficiency van installaties bedreigen;
• Analyseren, beoordelen en rapporteren van de performance, het conditieverloop en de restlevensduur van de installaties en componenten in relatie tot de bedrijfsvoering en wettelijke contractuele verplichtingen. Je keurt installatiedelen in voorkomende gevallen goed of af;
• Adviseren en opstellen van voorstellen aangaande onderhoudsfilosofie, onderhoudsconcepten, onderhoudsingrepen, bedrijfsvoering en optimalisaties;
• Plannen, beheer en bewaken van naleving ATEX-regelgeving.

Profiel

• Een opleiding op HBO-niveau Energietechniek, Meet, Regel en besturingstechniek, of een vergelijkbaar diploma.
• IV/WV NEN3140/NEN3840 gecertificeerd volgens Stippel.
• Ervaring met automatisering, PLC's en instrumentatie hardware is een pré.
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de energie, proces-/chemische industrie richting techniek, en aantoonbare ruime ervaring met het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van revisies.
• Een positieve en resultaatgerichte instelling, zelfsturend en communicatief vaardig met een hands-on mentaliteit.
• Kosten- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn en oog voor detail.
• Een commerciële en ondernemende instelling en werkhouding.
• Je kunt goed in een team samenwerken, bent flexibel, en je kunt mentaal goed omgaan met je verantwoordelijkheden.
• Kennis van SAP, ons ERP systeem. Hierin worden de technische gegevens vastgelegd, en wordt het order proces bewaakt.
• Naast Nederlands kan jij je goed verstaanbaar maken in het (technisch) Engels, en enige beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré.
