We're now entering a new phase, embedding large language models (LLMs) into the core of our business. These AI agents will retrieve data, apply business logic, generate email replies, and eventually interact directly with our ERP systems. This internship is your chance to help build these intelligent systems from the ground up.

Your Role

As an AI & Automation Intern, you'll work directly with the CEO and technical team to operationalize AI within a real business environment. Your goal: leverage existing AI tools to automate workflows, interpret complex data, and accelerate business decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Create agents that retrieve context, apply logic, and automate tasks like drafting emails or updating systems.
• Tool integration: Deploy and fine-tune technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LangChain, MCP, and RAG. Connect models to real-time business data and optimize performance for relevance, accuracy, and speed.
• Workflow Automation: Embed AI tools into daily operations, streamlining everything from lead matching to internal support.
• AI Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by actively researching, testing, and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a forward-thinking intern who thrives at the intersection of AI and business. You are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Skilled in Python with hands-on experience using AI frameworks (LangChain, MCP, RAG) and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Independent, curious, and driven to turn abstract AI concepts into practical tools.
• Passionate about practical AI applications that solve real business problems.
