ABF Specialist

As an Inside Sales Representative , you are responsible for managing and maintaining existing accounts for ABF. You work proactively to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships, initiating upselling opportunities, and accurately following up on orders and quotations. As an Inside sales Representative, you play an important role in driving revenue growth and supporting the success of our sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.

  • Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI's.

  • Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.

  • Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross-selling solutions.

Who you are:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a commercial role.

  • You are fluent in German or Swedish or Danish or Finnish (min. C1 level) and English.

  • Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.

  • You hold a driving license (B).

Our application process

After a successful first interview, we will invite you to a trainee session of approximately two hours. During this session, you will get a behind-the-scenes look, giving you a solid understanding of our organization and the nature of the work.

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) request and an assessment may be part of the selection procedure.

We are an e-commerce business with a strong IT focus. We have an in-house development team that improves our software daily, making us agile and independent. Only 6% of our customers are in the Netherlands; the remaining customers are primarily in other European countries and are further fragmented worldwide.

What do we offer you?

  • €3.000 - €3.600 gross per month (full-time). Do you bring more experience? Feel free to apply - we're happy to discuss a role and package that match your background.

  • Location: Roosendaal (Head Office), Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Nijmegen.

  • 28 vacation days , with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.

  • One week per year working remotely from abroad.

  • Daily catered lunch at the office.

  • A generous training & development budget that helps you continuously strengthen your professional profile: each year you receive a net training budget of up to one gross monthly salary for courses and development programs, with no repayment obligation as long as the training is relevant to your role.
